The crowd was cheering loudly as the band ended their last song.
Randy raised a hand and approached the microphone. He set aside his guitar and picked up the mic, as the crown slowly started to quiet down, he began to speak.
"Thank you, thank you, You have been a wonderful crowd here tonight." He paused and walked to put his arms around both Jamie on his left and Martin on his right.
"To my left, the dragon herself, Miss Jamie Reed!" he introduced.
Jamie bowed and grinned making her way to her mic and strumming her guitar, before smiling to the crowd and throwing her guitar pick.
"And to my right.." Randy continued as Jamie was finished and backed away from the mic. "The most cheerful and handsome guy in the band: Martin Hall!"
Hearing the compliment Martin chuckled and made a gesture to imply that Randy was being too kind. Martin then leaned into Randy´s mic, snickered a thank you and waved to the cheering crowd.
Then Randy walked back towards the drummer "And what would a band be without a fantastic drummer?" He started. "Let´s hear it for Keith Lowell!!"
Keith stood up with his usual charming and big smile and embraced the singer, as the crowd was cheering, then he took the mic from Randy and began speaking.
"Thank you, thank you.." He waited for the crowd to settle down. "We wouldn´t be here tonight if not for this guy." He put his hand on Randy´s shoulder. "The heart and soul of this band, this one." He continued. "Guys, let´s give Randy a big round of applause, c´mon." He made a gesture with his hands to encourage the crowd to be louder.
Then both Keith and Randy walked towards the front of the stage and formed a line with Martin and Jamie. They all bowed to the excited crowd and started making their way to the backstage. Randy was the first, waving one last time before disappearing. He was followed by Jamie, who threw one more pick at the audience. Martin was next. He winked at the crowd and blew a kiss before leaving. Keith threw both his drumsticks at the audience and too left.
It had been their 3rd time in front of such a big audience and despite almost blowing it the first show due to his anxiety, slowly but surely Randy was getting more and more confident each time.
